Arches Lift Your Sole was founded in 2009 by Gold Coast Podiatrist Richard Grainger, who has spent more than 25 years helping people overcome foot pain and improve mobility. Drawing on his expertise in podiatry, footwear design, and biomechanics, Richard has created shoes that are practical, healthy, and aesthetically appealing. His journey has taken him across the globe — from the USA and Europe to Asia — exploring trendsetting fashion hubs like Soho, London, Madrid, Los Angeles, and Tokyo, while also attending leading international shoe fairs in Italy, Spain, Las Vegas, and Japan. This global perspective fuels his passion for designing modern, supremely comfortable shoes that are cool, creative, and wearable.
