What Shipping methods do you offer?

Can I have my order delivered in store?

We currently do not have a click and collect option. If you leave your details in the checkout one of our customer service members will get in contact with you.

How long does it take for an order to be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. We can provide regular updates on the status of your parcel if you provide an email address when placing your order.

How much do you charge for delivery?

How do I return an unwanted item?

Providing you have the original receipt for the product purchased and the product is in its original, unworn condition, you can return your purchase to us within 30 days of the initial payment and you will receive a full refund if the item has been deemed to have a manufacturing fault. Unfortunately we do not do refunds for Change of Mind. We do not cover the postage costs for returning an item to us.
We recommend using a courier such as AusPost when sending a parcel back to us. We strongly advise that you obtain proof of delivery for your return, as we are not liable for any goods lost in transit.

What should I do if i encounter a fault with my purchase?

If you encounter an issue with your purchase, please contact us by emailing info@footmaster.com.au. We will only make a final comment on a fault once your purchase has been returned to us, but we would advise contacting us in advance for initial advice.

How do I place an order?

Depending on availability and shipping address, purchases may be made either directly through Arches.com.au or with the assistance of our online sales associates. You can contact us at info@footmaster.com.au. Please note we are available Monday-Saturday from 9AM-6PM (AEST).

Can I cancel or modify an order?

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to info@footmaster.com.au as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified.
If you have received your order and need to return it please refer to the return instructions included with your shipment. Once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund or an exchange as requested.

What are the benefits of creating an Arches account?

Creating an Arches account allows you to:

My order is not being accepted. Why?

Can I exchange a product?
